Voluntary participation: I understand that cricket practices, matches, travel, physical training and related activities involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, impact from cricket balls or equipment, heat exposure and other physical injuries.
Assumption of risk: I knowingly permit the player to participate and accept the ordinary risks associated with cricket and tournament activities.
Medical authorization: If I cannot be reached during an emergency, I authorize tournament personnel to arrange reasonable first aid or emergency medical assistance for the player. I understand that I remain responsible for medical costs not otherwise covered.
Fitness and disclosure: I confirm that I will disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies or restrictions to tournament officials and will not permit participation when the player is medically unfit.
Rules and conduct: The player and parent/guardian agree to follow tournament, venue, safeguarding, disciplinary and team rules.
Media permission: I permit TNYPL to use tournament photographs, video, livestream footage, player interviews, name, team, score and performance information for league reporting, promotion and archival purposes.
Registration and selection: I understand that application verification, draft admission and franchise selection are separate stages and that registration alone does not guarantee participation.
Accuracy: I certify that all submitted information and documents are accurate and authentic.
