Transparent Opportunity
Every eligible player follows the same registration, verification, evaluation and draft pathway. Selection decisions must be visible, explainable and consistent.
TNYPL was created to make youth cricket more visible, more transparent and more opportunity-driven. The league combines player development, accountable franchise ownership and a public draft experience so that talent is evaluated on merit rather than access or influence.
The purpose of TNYPL is not merely to conduct another tournament. It is to build a repeatable pathway where young players can register openly, submit verified records, be evaluated fairly, enter a transparent franchise draft, compete in a professional environment and leave with greater visibility than they had before.
Every process—from registration and age verification to owner access, live bidding, match scheduling and public results—is designed to make the league accountable to players, parents, owners, coaches and supporters.
Every eligible player follows the same registration, verification, evaluation and draft pathway. Selection decisions must be visible, explainable and consistent.
The league should help players improve their cricket, confidence, discipline, teamwork and understanding of professional standards—not simply add matches to a calendar.
Owners are custodians of youth opportunity. They are expected to build teams with fairness, respect, financial responsibility and a genuine commitment to player growth.
Clear communication, verified eligibility, safe participation, responsible media use and transparent administration are essential to earning the trust of families.
The platform exists to reduce confusion, manual errors and favoritism. Registration, verification, bidding, schedules, scores and streams should be accessible from one reliable destination.
Season 1 is the foundation. The long-term goal is a recognized annual competition with stronger scouting, coaching, statistics, media coverage, sponsorship and opportunities beyond the tournament.
Publish eligibility, fees, refund conditions, evaluation steps, draft rules, franchise responsibilities and communication channels clearly.
Protect player welfare, enforce conduct standards, document decisions, publish schedules and results promptly, and resolve disputes without favoritism.
Recognize performance, preserve statistics, gather feedback, review operational failures and convert Season 1 learning into a stronger pathway for Season 2.
Professional does not mean expensive or complicated. It means prepared, consistent, respectful, transparent and accountable.
TNYPL will strive to ensure that a player's background, personal connections or geography do not determine whether their talent is seen. The league will continue improving its selection, coaching, match exposure, statistics and media systems so that deserving players receive a credible platform to demonstrate what they can do.
“Dream. Draft. Dominate.” is not only a slogan. It describes the pathway: give young players permission to dream, give franchises a transparent process to draft them, and give every selected player a stage on which to compete with courage.
