How We Use Information

Information is used to administer registration, verify eligibility and age, conduct player evaluation and the franchise auction, communicate tournament information, manage squads, publish approved league content and maintain safety and compliance records.

Children and Parent Consent

Because the league involves youth players, registrations must be submitted or authorized by a parent or legal guardian. TNYPL may contact the parent or guardian to verify consent and information.

Photos, Video and Statistics

Approved photographs, video, match statistics and player information may be displayed on TNYPL platforms, CricHeroes, league broadcasts and promotional material according to the consent provided during registration.

Data Sharing

Data may be shared only with authorized league administrators, selectors, franchise owners, coaches, service providers and tournament officials where necessary to operate TNYPL. TNYPL does not sell personal information.

Data Security and Retention

Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used. Records may be retained for tournament administration, dispute resolution, legal compliance and historical league records.
