Technical Responsibilities
Senthil provides technical guidance throughout the TNYPL player pathway, from registration review and performance assessment through classification, draft preparation and final selection. His role is to help ensure that every franchise receives access to a professionally evaluated and clearly structured player pool.
Selection Philosophy
TNYPL player assessment considers available performance data together with cricketing judgement. Statistics are important, but technique, consistency, match awareness, role suitability, temperament, fielding and development potential also matter when forming a complete view of a young player.
