By registering, participating, operating a franchise account or using the TNYPL website, users agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Verification

Player eligibility is subject to league age rules, document verification and final approval by TNYPL. Submission of a registration does not guarantee selection or draft placement.

Player Auction and Selection

TNYPL may classify players, set opening points, conduct live bidding, mark players sold or unsold and resolve technical or procedural issues. The Auction Commissioner's decision is final for auction administration.

Conduct

Players, parents, owners, staff and supporters must behave respectfully and avoid harassment, discrimination, manipulation, abusive communication or conduct that damages the league or participants.

Fees and Refunds

Registration fees, franchise contributions and other payments are governed by the published league policy. Refund eligibility, if any, will be communicated for the relevant payment.

Changes and Cancellations

TNYPL may change dates, formats, venues, fixtures, rules or operational arrangements when necessary for safety, availability, weather or tournament administration.

Website and Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials private. TNYPL may suspend accounts where unauthorized access, misuse or policy violations are suspected.
