Dr. Rajeshbabu is a cancer research scientist from Chennai, presently working on breast-cancer drug designing. Alongside his research career, he has established himself through environmental initiatives and public-welfare activities aimed at improving community well-being.

His involvement with the Tuticorin Sharks adds a strong social-impact dimension to the franchise. He helps connect youth sport with education, health awareness, environmental responsibility and community service, bringing the same discipline and purpose from scientific research into the franchise environment.
